Gauge for harvesting the bamboo

I think it is an useful idea for harvesting the bamboo.  The Gauge has an approx. proportions for making the 1.6, 1.8, 2.1 and 2.4 shakuhachi flutes, with the lengths, diameters on top of the flutes and position of the finger holes.
